Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or using NimblyMail (“the Plugin”). By completing a purchase on our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Software Licensing
NimblyMail is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). Your purchase grants you a digital license key which provides access to automated software updates, provider API optimizations, and technical support for a period of one (1) year.
2. Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment, your digital download (the Pro plugin file) and license key will be made available via the checkout page and sent directly to your email address.
3. Automatic Renewals
Annual subscription plans are set to auto-renew on the anniversary of purchase. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time through your WooCommerce account dashboard. Failure to renew removes access to priority support and security updates.
4. Technical Support
Technical assistance is provided to active license holders via email. Support is strictly limited to issues directly caused by NimblyMail. We do not provide free support for custom development, theme conflicts, or third-party server server configurations.
5. Limitation of Liability
The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall NimblyMail be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits, server downtime, or transactional email failure originating from third-party networks.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses if we identify suspicious activity, software piracy, or aggressive communication directed at our support staff.
